 At this workshop, students will:

• Learn that with desire and hard work, anyone can go to college
• Set goals for their furture
• Create a portfolio to prepare for college and scholarship applications
• Learn a method for writing winning essays and complete a first draft
• Start to research scholarship opportunities and websites
